📌 Special Note for 5 Star Package Guests
Guests opting for the 5 Star Package will stay at a Clock Tower 5-Star Hotel in front of the Holy Kaaba in Makkah,
and at a 5-Star Hotel in the Central Area (Markazia) in Madinah
The Clock Tower has 7 towers; room assignments will be made in the available tower on your arrival date
A 3 Star Package is also available and can be arranged upon request
The length of stay for the Umrah trip is flexible and can be customized based on the guest's needs
Meals are not included in the package
Only the services mentioned above are included in the Umrah package
After the Umrah package has been booked, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to both individual travelers and groups and covers all reasons for cancellation or failure to travel
